Create a branch in another country: To launch a Russian offline business in another country, you must open a foreign company or branch. The second option is simpler: there is no need to create a new legal entity and transfer employees to another organization, and almost all taxes can be paid in Russia.
Create a branch in another country
Register a branch in another country. The foreign branch will be subject to the requirements of local laws.
After registration, enter information about the foreign branch in ΕΓRUL. To do this, you need to collect a small package of documents and send it to the registration office at the location of the company.
Open a current account for the company in a foreign bank and do not forget to notify the tax office to which the parent company submits reports.
Hire or transfer employees to the branch. You will have to pay taxes and fees only for Russian residents. You will not have to pay for foreign workers and Russians who have worked abroad for more than 183 days over the past 12 months.
